How Far are the Depots from the Airport?

Cruise Canada is about 25 minutes from the airport and Canadream is 45 minutes. If you are arriving on an international flight you are required to stay in a hotel on the first night. There are maps and addresses of each of the depots contained in our booking engine. You won't have to wait for a voucher to find out where you are collecting your rental from.


How Does the Booking Process Work?

  1. Choose your dates and pick up and drop off location. You will have to add your time of collection and return. There are specific times that you can pick up your rental and return it. If you need more flexible times, this can be pre-arranged.

  2. Enter how many passengers will be travelling and select "Search". Our booking engine is structured to offer you the cheapest rental first. This may not be the smallest vehicle available but the daily rate is the cheapest. This includes discounts that apply to the dates you have selected. No need to hunt around for special offers as we automatically include them as you search.

  3. Check out the interior and bed layouts using the "Vehicle Details/ Depot info/ Rental Terms" link on each vehicle listed. See how high the interior is and the bed sizes. Also, the number of beds.

  4. Click on "Next" and see all the optional extras including your insurance options. After you have made your selection you will see a full summary of all the costs including local taxes. This is the full amount you will pay.

  5. If you are happy then book the camper and if it is available then payment will be processed and your work is complete! Start planning your trip from Montreal.

  6. If there is limited availability and your camper is not available for the dates you asked for, then no payment is taken but we get to work to try and find you alternatives. You'll then get an email from us laying out all the other vehicles there are. Driving in Montreal - what you need to know.

Drive on the right and keep within the 70kmh speed limit. Only drive in the left lane if you are over-taking or turning left.

Only use a hands-free mobile phone. You are not permitted to turn right on a red light on the island of Montreal.

RVs can drive through Montreal but they are not permitted to park on the street. You can park at Walmart stores but not shopping malls.

If you want to visit the old port of Montreal we suggest parking outside of Montreal and visiting by public transport.
