Where are the Just Go motorhome depots?

The Edinburgh depot is near Broxburn, West Lothian. Ten minutes from Edinburgh airport - transfers available for a small fee. The depot is approximately 1 hour from Glasgow airport. Car parking at the depot available for a small cost. Uphall train station is about 10 minutes drive from the depot.

London Toddington near Luton airport. From the airport take the train to  Harlington train station and Just Go will pick you up and take you to the depot free of charge. 

Just Go will arrange a taxi from Heathrow, Gatwick or Stansted airports. Customer pays for the taxi service. Uber taxis are also available.

There are coach services from  London Heathrow, Gatwick or Stansted airports to Luton airport. Take the train from there.

Please be aware of the London Congestion Charge before venturing into the city. Use the Park and Ride services to go into central London. Parking is also at a premium.

Family Motorhome holidays with pets

Just Go welcome families to try before they buy. Finding out if a motorhome holiday is for you can best be tested by renting a motorhome for a couple of weeks with your family and pet.

Motorhome hire is often a more cost effective holiday than buying if you only use your motorhome on wheels for a few weeks or months of the year.

All models of vehicles have automatic transmission, include unlimited kms, roadside assistance and insurance. All have onboard toilet and shower.

There will always be enough seats and beds for all passengers so you won't get a 2 berth when there are six travelling!

Just Go offer the full range of campervans and motorhomes including 4 berth, 5 berth and 6 berth campers. These are top quality luxury motorhomes. We have no hesitation in recommending our partner Just Go. If there are availability limits there are plenty of alternatives.

The layout differs slightly in each of these motorhomes. Check out the layout of the beds before you book. The choice can be two singles, bunk beds or double beds. Some doubles are fixed at the rear and some are above the cab.

Added into the mix are three mystery vehicles, also known as a mystery motorhome. You won't know which camper van you are renting until you reach the depot on day of pick up. It will have enough beds and seat belts for everyone.

A 2-berth Mystery motorhome can be any one of the fleet listed below. It doesn't guarantee bike rack or tv.  

Just Go 4 berth motorhome hire options

Voyager fixed double bed at the rear with a privacy door creating a small room. A small double at the front of the cab above the seating area. There is a lot of storage for a small motorhome including a garage at the rear of the motorhome.

Challenger is the largest 4 berth motorhome with Luton that sleeps 4 adults. It also has a rear garage big enough for a motorcycle and an additional shower point outside of the vehicle. Includes a solar panel.

Pathfinder - low profile campervan with twin rear beds in a separate room. Ideal for families or a group of friends. Includes a solar panel and tv, oven, fridge-freezer, toilet and shower.

Wanderer low profile 4 berth motorhome with garage for bikes and sports gear. Includes a fixed double bed and a double bed that lowers from the ceiling.

Just Go motorhome holiday in a 5 berth

Trekker 5-berth also has a large rear lounge that converts to a large double bed or two singles. There's a double bed above the cab in the Luton and the dinette area converts to a small double bed. There is a small garage at the rear of the vehicle. 5 seat belts.

Navigator low profile with large lounge area at the rear of the vehicle with enough room to seat 5 adults comfortably. This area converts to two single beds or a large double.  A large double drops from the ceiling.

Just Go 6 berth motorhome

Adventurer sleeps six in two double beds and two single bunk beds. Very popular with families and groups of friends. Large garage at the rear big enough for bikes. Choose between a microwave or a gas oven/grill with this motorhome.

Is there heating in the Just Go motorhomes?

Yes, you will be toasty warm when snuggled up in all of the campers.

Can I take my motorhome to mainland Europe and Ireland?

You are permitted to take your campervan to Europe but you must obtain additional insurance cover and roadside assistance. There is an additional fee for this service. We recommend that you rent a hook up adaptor for Europe.

Ireland Travel

You can take your campervan to Ireland. This will incur an increase in the daily rental rate to cover additional insurance and breakdown cover.

Travel is permitted to:

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden.

You must get prior approval if you are planning to travel to countries not on this list.

Just Go Ferry booking.

Just Go will book a ferry between Dover and Calais.

Do I need to book optional extras on my motorhome holiday?

It depends! Our customers arrive to the UK from all over the world and need to know that they have warm and cosy bedding in their camper so we offer this option. Our UK customers often take their own bedding on holiday and so there is no need to book this. You can also book outside tables and chairs and bike racks, child seats, snow chains and many other extras.

Just Go include all the essentials you will need to be self-sufficient on a road trip and even go off grid for a few days as the solar panels charge up the leisure batteries when the sun is shining.

Just Go Security Deposit

Please be aware that the security deposit is a pre-authentication payment and is placed on hold for the duration of the rental. The money doesn't leave your account. However, it may affect how much you can spend on your credit card depending on the credit limit you have. 

The security deposit must be left using a credit card only. After you have completed your rental, the security deposit will be refunded. The time it takes is under the control of your bank.

Just go check the campervan before you leave the depot. You will be provided with a check list to sign. Please make sure you make your own checks before you leave in case anything has been missed. 

Modern motorhome Fleet

Just Go aim to replace their fleet every when the vehicles reach 18 months old. However, recently there has been a limited supply of motorhomes so they may be slightly older. We do our best to be accurate on the age of the vehicles supplied to hire.

Group motorhome rentals.

Let us know if you are planning a group motorhome holiday. Often it is more comfortable to rent two vehicles or more rather than all sharing the same motorhome. Budget Campervans can often secure great discounts for all our customers.

First Time Renting a Motorhome?

We understand that for many of our customers it will be the first time booking a motorhome hire and so we are there to answer all your questions before you arrive at the depot. 

There is a help line to call while you are on the road too. 

Driving Licence Checks

Each of our rental suppliers will check that you have the correct driving licence to drive the rented campervan. Just Go will contact the DVLA during check in to make sure that the licence is in order.

This may involve a phone call to the DVLA. Checks may be made to see if there are any penalty points on the licence too as this may affect the insurance cover. You will need to bring your National Insurance number. This can be speeded up if you already have a DVLA check code.

If you are arriving from outside of the UK then you will need a valid driving licence in your own name. If the licence is not in English then an International Driving licence is required.

Just Go will rent motorhomes to customers aged between 25 and 70. If you are over 70 then it may be possible to secure additional insurance for the term of your rental.
