Winter Rentals from Vancouver:

Winterization in Vancouver does not always happen. A Vancouver winter may only be very wet with high rainfall and winterization does not need to be implemented. But if Winterization is to happen because of predicted freezing temperatures then it usually starts around 1 October and finishes at the end of April. This means that there is no running water in the RVs to prevent pipes freezing and causing damage and customers are advised to stay in campgrounds and use camp facilities during this time.

You will also need to keep the RV plugged into the mains overnight to ensure the batteries stay charged. Batteries loose power very quickly in sub-zero temperatures.
